Mo's Challenge # 37

Why I love Digital Images!

Jack's Playroom

This is Sheila's last week as hostess for the challenge, and she says 'anything goes'! I wanted to do something out of  the ordinary, and decided to try another 'room' card using "Jack Waiting". (See my card using "Alli Wants In" in my last post.)

There are  many reasons why I love digital images, but this has got to be one of the best! This was certainly time-consuming and involved, but I would never have been able to make this card with traditional stamps and still gotten all the proportions correct. The main image is Mo's, of course, as are the plain blocks, cropped from her "Wednesday's Child" boy image. The others are from my image collection, some cropped, others used 'as is'. I was able to re-size them all so that they looked proportionate with each other and Jack.
I don't think I'll be sending this out ....I don't want to part with it just yet!

Images: "Jack Waiting" and wooden blocks from Mo's Digital Pencil, baseball mitt from Elizabeth O. Dulemba, bear and clown from coloring book sites, alphabet block wagon from Digital Two for Tuesday, Shelf from MelStampz
StampsBirch tree from Eat Cake Graphics, Sentiment from Studio G
Card stock: SU! Wild Wasabi and Barely Banana
Patterned paper: Basic Grey
Tools and supplies: Copics, Xacto knife, scissors, and mounting tape

This week should be fun! Lets see all your wonderful creations using Mo's fabulous images

Thanks for stopping by! I love your comments.

This is fabulous, Elaine. I wanted to comment over at PCP but would have gushed and might have made others feel left out! I LOVE all the elements-they belong in this gorgeous room with a view!

Elaine,

As you've probably figured out, I'm a girl who is all about the ACCESSORIES! So this card is so after my heart as I LOVE miniatures next!

...reminds me of the "ol" Stampin'Up sets with all the "little" goodies to decorate with!

YOU did a great job with this one!
